What's that phrase about "red sky in morning, sailor take warning?" Judging by the parade of ice cream carts at Golconda Fort early in the day, they knew something about impending heat and energy needs. In any case, the colorful little fantasy carts created a nice juxtaposition to the old, brutal fort.
